Our rather progressive and dynamic client is seeking an outgoing, expert communicator with the technical training to be able to help their field reps and customers determine which products, components and configurations will solve their problems. First-class customer service and technical support is the definition of this job. You will interface with all departments in manufacturing and marketing as well as directly with customers providing product applications, solutions and pricing in a timely manner.
Based out of the Maryland office, the job requires continual research and communication. A highly effective written and verbal skill set is an absolute necessity along with the ability to build strong relationships with Marketing Team Members and Sales Reps. BS Degree in engineering
Technical capability and understanding manufactured mechanical/electrical products
