Job Opportunity at Analog Solutions

Responsibilities

• • Be an expert in all devices & process integration across the technologies, as well as how they are manufactured
  • Evaluate and select the viable NVM technology solution for the company
  • Investigate and foresee device-related issues for the company products
  • Drive memory array qualification, failure analysis
  • Design test structures for NVM memory device characterization and modeling
  • Lead experiments, intrinsic reliability, device characterization using parametric test program
  • Work with foundry technology teams to review and analyze process variability/reliability data, review and conduct design of experiments for each product qualification

Requirements

• • Good understanding & knowledge of semiconductor device physics, and advanced process technology.
  • Experience in process integration of NVM technology
  • Proficient at SPICE, TCAD device modeling simulation software
  • Proficient at using parametric equipment and software to perform device characterization
  • Experienced in the use of statistical software tools for data analysis
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be a self-starter and detail-oriented
  • Strong computer skills, ability to work well across multi-functional teams
  • Ph.D. or MS degree in EE or related 5-10+ years industrial experience in semiconductor device engineering

• • Experience working at startups
  • Experience in memory process integration
  • Experience in Semiconductor Emerging Non-volatile Memory Technologies such as RRAM and MRAM
  • Experience in cross-functional team development with a multi-technology foundry environment
  • Experience in semiconductor reliability and product qualification
