Your unique role with the company: Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for the planning, directing, and coordination of operations throughout the organization by effectively managing the manufacturing operations including the goals, objectives, planning, and integrating the work performed in the facility. 
-Responsible for meeting internal and external quality, on time delivery, and productivity goals.
-Ensure and improve performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability of operations.
-Coordinate and monitor the performance of manufacturing and manufacturing support departments.
-Develop and improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals.
-Ensure quality of products by managing quality, and quantity of employee productivity.
-Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitably. 
What we are looking for in a Candidate:
-Bachelor’s degree is required.
-At least 10 years of industry relevant operations experience required - Med Device or Aerospace is preferred.
-Operations with previous Six Sigma, CPM, PMI, APICS preferred
