Looking to step up your career?  Want to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your efforts lead to personal success and compensation?  If you are an experienced Sales Engineer looking to make an impact in a growing company, read on!  As our client’s Senior Sales Engineer, you will have direct responsibility for developing the company’s business in key technology markets n the Silicon Valley market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell and support the Company’s complete wireless test & measurement product portfolio; manage key account relationships (e.g. Apple, Intel, Google, Amazon, Samsung, Sony, Cisco, Marvel, Mediatech, Marvel, Nvidia).
  • Effectively present technology-based solutions and value propositions to all levels within target accounts (field level technicians and engineers to Regional Directors/C level executives)
  • Develop/manage OEM and reseller relationships with industry leaders; leverage these relationships into broader market penetration
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to establish, execute, and update business plans
  • Represent the company at trade-shows and industry events
  • Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction through disciplined follow-up on leads and customer support requests
  • Update management weekly on sales funnel activity
  • Produce accurate monthly sales forecast by product and customer
  • 50-75% travel within region
Position Requirements:
  • BSEE or equivalent highly desirable
  • Minimum 5 years relevant technical sales experience; demonstrated track record growing business in assigned markets
  • Demonstrated success selling T&M instruments and applications, especially at field wireless level
  • Knowledge, experience, and success selling to key technology manufacturers and service providers in San Francisco Bay area
  • Strong sales skillset: interpersonal acumen, negotiations, large account management
  • Lift 75 lbs of equipment into and out of personal vehicle
