Requirements-

Experience with high performance clock circuits or synthesizer circuits

Well versed in low phase, low jitter design

Knowledge of high performance PCB layout- good understanding of clock system requirements for wireless and wireline/networking applications

Specific knowledge of high performance analog design

Knowledge of networking and communication systems requirements

Specific knowledge of PLL(phase lock loop) circuitry- VCOs- RF synthesizer

BSEE or MSEE
