This position, you will provide analog circuit and assembly design and thermal analysis for power conversion products. Analyze and design high reliability, small/micro-electronics circuitry for DC-DC power converters and related devices. Provide leadership to the engineering design staff and manage multiple projects in a fast paced product development environment. Develop products by initiating innovative circuit designs, completing documentation, and conducting analysis and characterization. Manage multiple projects including scheduling preparation and reporting. Provide mentoring and training to other engineers.
Must have worked for a power supply company and worked with defense/aerospace standards
Minimum Requirements:
* 3+ years experience electronics power conversion product design and manufacturing.
* Demonstrated DC-DC design experience.
* Experience with SPICE software, and with thermal analysis is preferred.
* Demonstrated Mil-Spec, FAA and/or Space qualified product experience.
* Ability to provide project leadership.
Must have green card or US citizen
