As the manager of the test development group, you will plan and manage all aspects of test development. Your team will be involved in all phases of product development, design for testability, test hardware and software design, hands-on debug, characterization and manufacturing release.



You will be in charge of a critical engineering function in one of the companys most profitable groups. Your team is a group of some very experienced precision amplifier engineers who excel in a fast-paced but rewarding environment.



a BSEE or MSEE
strong understanding of basic analog circuits, particularly operational amplifiers
15+ years experience working with precision analog products in a fast-paced environment
5+ years managing new product test development engineers
