Job Description
Manage materials planning, scheduling and inventory control . Organizational responsibilities include Production Control Analysts, Cycle Count Coordinator, Shipping, Receiving and Warehouse Associates. Responsible for analyzing, developing, and implementing production and inventory control processes. Coordinate with program managers, operations, quality and engineering to achieve company and customer goals and objectives. Interface with customers, suppliers, and internal resources to optimize inventory/revenue plan. Personally supervise development (coaching and teaching) of employees to ensure they have the proper tools, procedures, training and information to perform their jobs effectively. Complete performance reviews for direct reports and implement disciplinary action plans .Must have experience with Electronics Assembly (SMT, PCBA, CCA). Work with PCBA subcontractors. APICS certification, Six Sigma, Degree preferred. Relocation assistance available.
