DescriptionElectronics Engineering Manager opportunity exists with a rapidly growing manufacturing company that designs and develops leading edge products. The qualified candidate must possess strong people management attributes as well the technical skills to effectively lead a product development team involving hardware, electronics and firmware engineers. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management and technical leadership experience involving and leading personnel, budgets, development schedules, as well as maintaining a strong technical understanding. The individual must have the ability to manage, mentor and build a strong engineering organization. The ability to implement and drive improved reliability, processes, performance and simulation tools for a multi-generation plan involving technology is crucial. Experience in developing products that involve wireless, communications, RF or instrumentation components is beneficial. This position is a key contributor, leader and member of the Engineering Management Team and requires a four year engineering degree with a minimum of 10 years experience in a Product Development environment involving electronic products. MBA preferred but not mandatory.
