Job Description
Sr. Embedded Firmware Engineering opportunity within a R&D department of a rapidly growing high technology manufacturing firm. This outstanding company is searching for an experienced Senior Engineer who possess a BSEE degree, 5-10+ years of experience in product development and the ability to technically lead projects and design efforts. Previous experience in the design and development of embedded, real time systems involving multi-tasking software is necessary. Firmware is written in C and Assembly is required. Familiarity with compilers, emulators and debuggers used in the development of embedded applications is a plus. Previous development experience with FLASH memory, FPGA design, DSPs, motion/motor control or communications in a medical, controls or other electronics based technology company is preferred. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys both the technical design and leadership responsibilities of successfully bringing new products to market. The qualified candidate must have the ability to interact well within a team environment.
